The Event Service Professionals Association (ESPA) is made up of convention services managers (CSM) from across the country who represent leading hotels, convention centers and convention & visitors bureaus. The association is dedicated to elevating the event and convention service profession and to preparing members, through education and networking, for their pivotal role in innovative and successful event execution. These CSMs make their own purchasing decisions and have influence on the purchasing decisions of their meeting planner clients.
